It's all in good fun!

I mean, you have the high ground. There are numerous choke-points. There are gauss turrets, normal turrets, plenty of rocket launchers, snipers, shotguns, and health packs laying around that respawn quite often.

You have near total advantage over the Covenant. Eventually, however, things get so hard you still lose.

I think it would make for an interesting Firefight map. What about you guys?

Hey guess what!? I play CoD more than Halo, but I'm not an annoying fanboy. I love CoD more, but I like how involved the Halo Community is...

No

Mythical Group

There is no greater catharsis than arguing on the Flood.

Welcome to ever FireFight map ever.

Seriously, though, once you get really good, it will feel like this alot.

Heh, I don't know about that. Sounds like it gets to SLASO difficulty. And that won't be much fun for long. :P

My troll sense is tingling.

That sounds like something a 12-year old that complains about no forge in firefight would make.

Am I complaining? Just look at other games: if you've ever played the Desktop Tower Defense games, you'll understand that modes that start you out obscenely strong are actually quite fun. And when the time comes, they do become challenging.

It's just not the way Firefight is designed. The only thing that makes things more challenging are the skulls and the cover. But if the map has a set advantage, it won't go away.

Im a Gamer, I have loads of lives...

I agree, but you are given heavy weapons at the begining and only then. Maybe limmited ammo.

From what I've seen so far Lost Platoon will be the best map for me. Warthog, and lots of open ground. Looks like there's some high ground too, but it looks like the covenant deploys troops there.
