Im a big fan of Halo and I am looking forward to this game. I have all the map packs available for Halo 3 so far. When I was looking on ebgames they only had 2 versions. A 60 dollar regular version and a 90 dollar collectors edition. Both of these come with a second disc that contains all the DLC maps for Halo 3.

My question is as follows.

Will there be a cheaper version that will be released in the future? So I'm not paying for DLC Maps I alreday purchased.

bungie didnt set the price, microsoft did. bungie thought the game was worth about $40 so they said it would probably be a $40 release. but microsoft being the greedy conpany that it is said they wanted it to be full price. so to compensate for the extra $20 bungie threw in the second disk (halo mythic) which has all the old and new maps far h3 as well as the same matchmaking, forge and custom games.

Thats pretty considerate of bungie to try and make it better for the price microsoft set. I know bungie doesn't make the prices but I think microsoft would end up making more money if they sold the game for $40. At least bungie tried to make it better.
