Theres a couple of things I'd like to say about XP in reach, one is getting exp even if your team looses, for example if you get MVP you get 1 exp point, even when your team lost, and if your team did win the match and you were MVP you recieved 2 Xp points, not 1.

Team quitters, they annoy me, but ive quit before in anger of my team sucking so much or other people on my team quit... Eg, playing slayer on team flag... -.-, but should there be a worser penalty than losing 1 xp? Im not really sure, and it cant be too bad in case your internet disconnects, not your fault etc...

I Love Lamp. And Ender's Game. Don't tell Lamp.

no lets say you have 100 wins and 100 losses and you werent mvp in any of them you would 0 exp that would suck. if this did happen though general would have to be 50

Proud frenchie, elite fan, anthro artist not hellbent on yiff convention/pics/whatever, mature and intelligent forum guy, 4chaner, halo 2 lover and halo 3 hater.

getting xp even when I loose? no...

however they should give more xp to the MVP and players that play the game correctly.
like :
zorgy : captured the flag twice = +2 xp, best of his team +1xp, also is MVP = +1 xp, his team won = +1 xp.
total of +5 xp.

and make ranks harder to reach. (see what I did there?)
