oh death was never enemy of ours

when i read the book i do not recall any ship named Noble One. In the Reach trailer the person speaking seems to speak with a tone that would signify that Noble One is an important ship. Can anyone tell me what that is or did i just miss it in the book?

Bring Forth; the Banhammer

Where's my Mythic Member Status Bungie, eh?

Nobody's really sure whether it's Noble, Nobo or Novo One.

Warning: You may find that my, or someone else's opinion does not comply with yours. Side effects of disagreement may include (but are not limited to): flaming, irrational behavior, broken keyboards, and/or nervous sweats. If you experience any of these symptoms refrain from communicating with others until the symptoms have subsided.

I personally think it says "Mobile1." But no one really knows.

See you at the Aftermath!

PsychoSangheili

i think it's the code name for the leader of a team of spartans, but i have no evidence to support this theory.

Who said it was a ship?

In the days of old, there were legends of a land long lost to time. This land was known as Ranna'Mor. Ranna'Mor was said to contain in its borders 7 warriors. These warriors had once unleashed a veritable hell upon the ancient world, until they were locked away. My name is Toriad, and I am one of those warriors. Our return is approaching. Do not run away, do not cower in fear; take solace in your final days, for that is all we can do. -Legend of Ranna'Mor

Noble one was introduced for the Reach trailer. It was not part of the books. Since Fall of Reach focuses on John and his experience, we did not see much of what else was going on on Reach during the battle. Halo: Reach will probably try to fill these holes and show more of what was happening on Reach.

So don't worry, you didn't miss out on anything. We'll hopefully find out about who this "Noble One" sometime before the game comes out.
