I was being really serious. Microsoft couldn't give a -blam!- about the Bungie forums. It has no effect on their profits. The only reason they bam jerks on XBL is because the dissuade people from playing XBL. It's all about money, money, money!

I would even greater appreciate it if I was IP banned. It would be even harder to get back into the forums. I think I know how to change my IP address though.

If you're willing to go through the effort of getting around an IP ban, maybe you should reassess your reasons for being here. I refuse to believe that anybody can be that pathetic. Maybe you should look into getting a life.

Oh sorry. I wouldn't try to do that to take up time. It would be more like a -blam!-slap to all of the moderators.

That's what I meant. If you have no other way of spending your life than pissing off people on an online forum, and that's actually why you're here, why don't you go away. We're here because we think Bungie's games are great, and if you can't handle that, just leave so we don't get the satisfaction of banning you. Get a hobby or something.

I think it would be good if the moderators sacrificed this kid as an example to others, to let people know that if you can't be civil on a forum that you choose to come to, that there are consequences, big ones.

We're paid more than Frankie.
I don't think that's even possible. (thinking) I doubt that Bungie would seriously care what some dick said on their forums enough to complain to Xbox Live to not let my gamertag be able to access Halo 2. Besides, theres no way to track my name to my gamertag anyway.
You're Gamertag will be banned from bungie.net. Which means no clans, stats or other cool features.

Moderators might hate spammers but they wouldn't have a job if there weren't any.

And you wouldnt have a forum to post this in if there werent any moderators to prevent spammers. I think that makes sense. Oh well.

methinks all of this mod-hating stems from these kids social situation. they probobly get picked on in school, and are lashing out at the people in charge because they can't physically get their ass whupped online. thats why i recommend a new policy of severe, severe mental abuse for those kids who feel the need to attack the mods.

Fact is they have been banned at least once, and have now made a new login. Of course they'd be mad at one of the mods.

How did you become a moderator? Did Bungie's robots come up to you and offer you a red pill and a blue pill?

Yes, something like that. At least from what I hear.

With B.B. gone, the passion of Bungie.net has lessened.

Thats exactly it. And thats why Barron and Rip are not mods. They chickened out and went with the blue pill.

It would be nice if some of these responsible people could get part-time mod powers, like the ability to snip posts.
