Reach MMO. Here's to hoping.

And the people that believe "the hardcore playlists would be more popular if the rules were strictly MLG" can come off it, now. If you're not willing to support something close to your own setup, there's no reason for us to believe that cloning our own lists and stripping the variety down will attract more people. -- Shishka, Bungie.net

I'm waiting for the movies.

Movies are always better than their books. (LOTR, Harry Potter, Star Wars just a few examples)

Any one else think that the fall of reach was the best?

I've read all of the Halo books and Fall of Reach is my favorite by far. Although, First Strike was fun to read as well. But FoR because it details early Spartan training and how all the children were "indroctrinated" to become Mankind's ultimate Warriors.

I've only read the Fallof Reach, going to start the first strike soon. I thought it was excellent. I understand the story perfectly and i don't have to make stupid theroies about the Halo:Reach game. If your a Halo fan and don't mind reading. (In my own opion) i think you should give the books a try.

P.S Stop trying to prove people wrong that MC is not in Halo:Reach. (You know who you are) He is. He's the main character

I am seriously laughing out loud right now! WHERE'S MY SHOTGUN? haha Freaking comic gold.

Yes I read all the books, and quite a few highly interesting Fan fictions. Its quite a good story, and the fact that I have a 3 hour long train ride to work every day I need something to read

Sounds like a bunch of Justin Bieber wannabes in here. I bet you all wear skinny jeans too.

I've read The Fall of Reach, Ghosts of Oynx, and The Flood. I'm working on Cole Protocol now, and once I'm done with it I'll move over to First Strike and Contact Harvest.

Yes. I'm not sure how canonical I could consider the book Reach though. I think it came along a bit too early before the Halo universe started to get fully fleshed out so if the game follows the book it will be more like a redesign of the story with some parts changed for both story and gameplay reasons.

The game will probably not just follow the battle on Reach because the battle was very short.

It took 3 weeks from UNSC to finally abandon their planet and lots of things could have happened in that particular moment when the Chief wasn't around there, and we don't really know anything about the whole fate of Reach before the Chief came back to Reach to save the others.

I haven't read any of the books so I could be mistaken.
