i think that Reach should have a firefight mode that you fight the flood and survive against them. Even thought there was no flood at reach it should be a bonus round. the flood mode could also be DLC for ODST. But Reach's firefight would be elite squads instead of brutes. what do you think Bungie should add to firefight for Reach?

They should add vehicles if they dont already have them. I havnt seen any screens with vehicles in them.

Erm... the latest ViDoc had video clips of Warthogs. i'm not sure whether that was in Firefight though. Might have been in campaign.

Yeah I thought of it sometime ago. I don't know if you should play as Spartans though... they maybe too sttrong, making it too easy to survive.

Of course you sould be fighting against elites instead of Brutes or that can just differ from map to map. Also make 1 or 2 maps were you have to fight against the flood.

The maps you speak of though cannot be the ones on Earth, they must be on a Halo installation. Even though its in MP, the game must retain some sort of cannon.

i honestly want some really creative settings for the new firefight. No halos cause its before halo 1. Maybe some Space stations were boarding craft crash into it and when there are no more room for boarding craft you have to move on to a different part of the station to continue firefight. I also want an ocean map like a small base on an island and things like shadows floating over the water to drop off the new waves because there would be no room for phantoms to land. Or do you think that phantoms would be replaced by spirits like in halo 1?

FF in reach is 100% guaranteed.
survival game modes have always been a favourite of players, and it'd be a step backward to remove it since it's been in ODST...

I think that firefight should be added onto Reach. It would be really cool if the multiplayer maps could double as firefight maps. That would allow you to forge a bit for fire fight. But with the firefight mode I would have a limit to the amount of ammo and a drastic cut on the objects you could spawn.
An Elite firefight sounds cool, and we have seen Elites being drop podded in before (Halo 3). You could really have some fun with them.
If Bungie neglects to put firefight into Reach (in at least a second disc) I will surely disappointed.

It would be beyond stupid to not include FireFight in some iteration in the upcoming Halo: Reach.

And Bungie is not beyond stupid. FF has been a smashing success, and it would be a foolish business move to cut out a fan favorite, esp. one that has been alive for such a short while.

It may have tweaks, or it may be ported almost directly. Or it might be completely re-imagined. Regardless, it will be there in some form.

here are some level suggistions

Flood - they sould obly be on one map that you get after you beat the game on legendary.

Elite / Covie - at least six maps with the elites as the main baddies and they would be on the ground at reach. and one in a covie ship.

Brute / the rest of covie includeing elites - the brutes could be the main with elites appering in the later waves but these 2 levels would all be on board a covie ship because the brutes where on reach but not on the ground i dont think.

I can understand fighting the Flood in FF on Reach, but as Flood as DLC in ODST? Where's the fun in that? You'll die from just one infection form!

Add ally reinforcements.

Remove or greatly reduce the amount of extra lives. I didn't understand the point of the bonus round at all. I'd gladly get rid of it.
Change Set structure so it's easier to advance. Less lives negates the effect, but most people can get around set 10 while great ones get into 30-50. In a couple of hours instead of over 20. Makes the survival have a point and high scores "easier" (faster) to break.
