I actually have noticed something on Mythic in ODST that I neglected to bring up. It seems that boarding doesn't work with the Black Eye Skull anymore. On another note, a single stick to the Warthog can be survived if you're at full health. If you're not, you'll die. Also, if you've played Firefight on a wave with Catch Skull active and seen a Fuel Rod Grunt, you'll notice that they can throw Grenades faster than any other enemy.
As far as mission difficulty goes...
Coastal Highway is the most difficult mission on Mythic, including missions from Halo 3. Yes, they're different games, but if we include all levels on a list, this still outranks the Ark.
Here is a breakdown of the highway section of the level.
Section A (the number can be read on the part of the building with the next door): Loads of Grunts, one of which has a Fuel Rod Gun.
Section B: Jackals, more Grunts, and at the far end, five Brutes. The Captain has either a Carbine or a Brute Shot.
Section C: Two watchtowers loaded with three Fuel Rod Grunts each followed by a swarm of Drones at the end.
Section D: Much the same as 98, but the enemies are only just arriving in Phantoms.
Section E: Six Ghosts.
Gauss Hog available at junction.
Section F: Ghosts and Banshees.
Section G: Ghosts, Banshees, and a Wraith.
Access to Scorpion Tank.
Section H: Two Shade Turrets, Banshees, and an Anti-Air Wraith.
Section I: No enemies on the highway; four Phantoms fly by here to drop off two Ghosts each in the following section.
Section J: Variable number of Ghosts (depends on if you killed any Phantoms or not in the previous Section), two Shade Turrets.
Section K: Grunts, Brutes, Jumppack Brutes, Chieftain with Fuel Rod Gun.
I'll make a list of mission difficulty based on my impressions later.
