While the concept of Firefight in Halo: Reach has been discussed before, I want to give it a shot. These are my ideas.
Characters
*The above Spartans on the forum banner (whoever they are).
-Armor perms would be able to mixed and matched

Maps
*While I don't have a clue about what maps, if any, would be in Halo: Reach's possible Firefight, I'll give it my best shot to be descriptive.*
Metro Station 90
Imagine the Halo 2 map Terminal, but expanded as a much larger train station. Expect the Killer Train to make an appearance that can either help you or hinder you.
CASTLE Base
While we never see this in the Halo: Fall of Reach book, I imagine an area built off of this UNSC installation would be modeled after Alpha Site.
Ruins
A Firefight version of the Halo 3 map Sandtrap. Expand it out and done.
Red Autumn
Take portions of the level The Pillar of Autumn and set them up as a Firefight map.
Truth and Reconciliation
Truth and Reconciliation is also a level from Halo: CE, but you would start off at the bottom of the grav lift and the Covenant would come from the lift and Phantoms.

Custom Halo: Reach Skulls
Zombie Skull- You killed the enemy, but they rise again. Take them out boys.
Vampire Skull- Your energy is being drained by the enemy when they get near you. Take them out from a long way away.
Bolt Skull- Your enemies are faster, don't let them get close.
Luna Skull- Your enemies jump higher, take care of your elevated positions.
Flood Skull- Your enemies are now Flood versions of themselves. Double the trouble if the Zombie Skull is on.
