Choose your teammates in the searching screen. Then add them to your team. When you have 4 people you face off vs another 4 person team. You could look at the persons k/d ratio and everything. The skill had to be the same though. And if social, the exp. You could look at their most used weapon and what game type they play the most. There could be a find mode too. Where you wait until someone picks you. There could be a little search bar where you can specify someones gamertag and pick your friends. But if someone picks you you can have to choice to deny or accept it. Sound cool?

Because Muslims surgically implant organic bombs in their testicles, which in turn will be injected into women during sex, which will grow into BABY BOMBS!

Everyone would choose the same people. It would be like playing kickball in elementary school. The random matchmaking allows everyone to play, regardless of K/D spread or other stats. Sure, you may not like it when you get someone that isn't that great, but what if you weren't so good? Would you enjoy sitting and waiting for someone to pick you all day?

Thats why theres a deny and accept option. As well as being on the other side of it and being the actual person selecting people. They could also leave the traditional random people search.
