Yes, exactly what he said. So for example. If under ping it says 100. That means your information is sending in at 100 thousandth of a second. Or something like that. Imagine that the number 1000 represents 1 second. So if your ping is 100, you are sending basically 100 times faster than a second. I am totally explaining it wrong I think, but you should grasp the general idea. Pings 167 and under are good. You hit two hundred and higher, then the game stinks. The higher the ping, the more time it takes for the server to send information. So if you were to shoot someone with a rocket, and your ping was 1000, it would take a full second for the server to register that you shot a rocket. By then, your target is gone. The higher your ping, the more you must lead targets by. Me, i average between 100 and 134 ping. So I have a decent connection for DSL. So I lead by about three master chief headlengths.
