Hey on halo 3 on it's kinda hard making maps on the game because if you try make a wall, it's either fall or become crokked. I was thinking that if you could download maps from the PC to xbox 360, you should be able to get a program and make maps on the computer and send them to the xbox.

i know but they also make a glitch for a reason dumbo

/facepalm

you dont MAKE a glitch, genius

bungie could probably do something like that, (they had a map maker for halo 2 vista)
although im sure that would also lead to a LOT of modded content and i dont think we really need to see bruno all over the walls in peoples maps

Monkey see, Monkey shoot.

Terry Pratchet - The Best.

I would like something a bit more sophisticated then the current forge. Maybe a bit more like gmod.

A snap to function would be, lovely.

I agree with the idea of having a map editor for the PC. That would be a best case scenario.

Personally, I think an actual "skilled" person in Halo 3 is someone who knows how to win with every weapon and combo in the game, not just a single weapon like the BR, Sniper, or even the AR. Of course, that excludes me, as I have yet to get a kill with dual plasma pistols. :D

This is actually a really good idea. There's just one problem, though. Forge maps, being just lists of object spawn properties, don't take very long to download from a file share, and don't take up that much space on your 360's hard drive. An entire map, not just the objects that spawn on it, would be a completely different story. Remember how long it takes to download a map pack? It would take a third of that just to get one custom map.
