Who cares about BR vs AR
We know that in Halo 3 you can choose to play from four difficulties: Easy, Normal, Heroic and Legendary. However, we also know that there is a user-designed 5th: Mythic. This is where you put on every skull and play on Legendary. There is no way to know that all skulls are on until you complete the campaign, and so achievements based on this would be very hard to design.
Therefore what I am proposing is that Bungie integrates the Mythic difficulty. Once you have collected all the skulls on Campaign, another option appears in the difficulty selection: Mythic.
This would have its own emblem, and would play as it does on Halo 3, but you do not have to put all the skulls on manually. You just select Mythic, and you start the game with all skulls on and on Legendary, without you having to do anything else. This allows achievements to be made for Mythic completion, and would prove to people that you are a God on campaign.

As a stem of this, perhaps they should have a marker identifying which skulls you've had on while completing all the campaign levels on the highest difficulty that you've done that.
Like, let's say Blind Skull makes it in. When someone looks at your profile, they'll see the Blind Skull lined up under the emblem identifying that you've beaten the campaign on Normal if you went through every level on Normal with the Blind Skull.
When you've done Legendary with every skull, the entire emblem should just change to the Mythic emblem. I have no idea what that'd be, but I don't think the Mythic Maps emblem is as appropriate. They should just add to the current Legendary emblem.
