You cannot play the game with an account that has limits set on it. You can download and play it with the new account, but you'd have to have the limits changed on your main account.

hwo do i change my age then?

Alas, you can't. What you CAN do is this, change the family settings on your console to allow you to download M rated games.

50 in H2/H3? Great, but you still fail at this.

Or just create another account with a different age.
And the reason they do this is because of the Evil ESRB.

I'm 13 and I can play San Andreas from market place. As well as DOOM. You just have to use a different account to download them I think. Make one that's 21 just to be safe and use one of your free 1 month gold trials. Also make sure on your main account all your family settings are turned off and all of them are disabled. You still can't DL M content because Microsoft checks age, not paerntal controls.

Don't delete the account. That can cause troubles with your DL's from that account. And keep it so you can DL other M content in the future.

Yeah, do that. I have my age faked so i can play EA games online and download stuff for Halo 3.
And also, dont delete a account you make, keep it, incase you want to play other M rated games.
