The point of war is not to die for your country, but to make the other bastard die for his.- Gen. George S. Patton.

Now, obviously, the silhouette on the far left is a spartan, but look at the others closely, you can use the silhouettes in privet cabooses pinned post, if you want. I do not wish to take credit for those masterfully done pictures, and so appropriating them for my forum post would be wrong.
First, look at the scale, using the chain gun-wielding spartan as a measuring stick. Spartans are supposed to be 7 to 9 feet tall, in full armor. Now look at the other silhouettes. They look to be approximately 5-7 feet, which is the normal diversity ratio for a human, even if the guy with the sniper rifle stood up, he'd be as tall as the person next to him, another human. The figure in the middle may be a spartan, but the others are ODSTs by scale (even if the one who is standing slightly behind the rest moved up, he/she would fit the scale.
Next, look at the details we can see. Let's start with the sniper. Notice that bumpy ridge protruding from his head? Does that remind you of anyone? Yep. Those are ODST sniper goggles. Okay, so what if it's a spartan with goggles? Why would a spartan need goggles? They have a perfectly functional pair integrated into their helmets.
Now, look at the figure next to the odst sniper. Upon a closer look, it appears as if it is carrying a UNSC issue combat knife. So what's so special about that? The spartans were never issued knifes, they were a purely odst/marine weapon. Ergo, in light of this info, combined with the scale factor, the figure must be an odst.
Lastly, look at the figure standing a bit behind everybody, partially obscured by the spartans. The armor the figure is wearing is form-fitting and shows a feminine figure. The spartans armor has always been described as bulky, and standardized for every spartan, whether male or female. That armor simply isn't bulky enough to constitute a spartan's figure. Now, about the figure in the middle. He is carrying a battle-rifle, which if you have read the novel First Strike, you would realize that the spartan were the only soldiers who got to use it during reach, and soon after.
Too many people are misunderstanding what I am trying to say. I'm not saying that they are all ODSTs, i'm saying that one or two of them have a high probability of being one.
Also, the knife theory has been disproved. Thanks to all of you whom set me straight. I haven't really heard a viable argument against any of my other ideas yet so.............
