Audio doesn't really affect gameplay. Also, this is highly subjective. You like the scream, others may not.

What vehicle would ever release random energy? This idea doesn't really make a whole lot of sense to me. Things explode when destroyed. Not 45 seconds later when it has slid around on the ground some.....
-Smoother Stunt controls, it doesn't slow as dramatically
Banshee slows down on stunts for two reasons. 1) Maneuvering any airborne vehicle like that will reduce the amount of forward momentum and 2) there are many balance issues in allowing the Banshee to fly loops around the battlefield without slowing down. There needs to be a chance for missiles/rockets/laser to actually take it down.
-Motion Blur when turbo is activated it, makes it harder for splatter (to prevent the vehicle from being overpowered )
So making it almost impossible to splatter something (which can only really work properly while turboing) "balances" the vehicle? I guess, since your previous changes make it almost impossible to shoot the damn thing down. Wait, that isn't balance. Right now, the Banshee is balanced. You don't go changing something just because the "mechanics are old". They work well - that's what matters.
as u know the hornet is the Human vehicle, the Hornet in my experience is a little slow and underpowered. here is my list for Improving the hornet
Hornet? Underpowered? What planet do you live on?
-Slightly faster (compensating for the banshee)
It doesn't need to be faster. Making the vehicles function the same doesn't help with balance. It can easily beat a Banshee because the Banshee cannot hover. Thus, different functionalities are balanced.
-Fast but Erratic Rockets (still hits vicinity of the target)
Erratic? Thus, useless. How about, instead of that, we leave it where it is, seeing as how it can CARRY PEOPLE WITH WEAPONS on it.
-Redesigned Sound
Sound is, once again, subjective. I like the way it sounds now. You, I assume, don't. It doesn't affect gameplay. So, it is really up to Marty and what he thinks is best.

Redesigned crash mechanics? Like what? Right now, it crashes and explodes almost exactly like a REAL helicopter would. Why change that?
