As in Gears of War, you could command your squad to take cover, group up, or charge. Although Reach will have a lot of Spartans, you will only be able to control marines' actions. Since most of Xbox Live's gamers have a mic, it'd be cool if you used the mic to control them. I know there ISN'T any software like this, but you could use the D-Pad instead. This way, when you're fighting a Hunter on Legendary, your marines won't go on a kamikaze run. You might ask,"What about Co-Op? Well, in this campaign, the Spartan you play as is chosen at random in the lobby. There will also be a "head" Spartan. If you are the head Spartan, you are the squad leader. When you play, and use those commands, they are spoken by your character. When you do simple actions such as kill someone, reload, or get the crap shot out of you, you will say different things depending on the character, like in Gears and ODST's Firefight. Please add your improvements, submit your poll choice ,and don't flame me in strange, uncomprehensible ways.

Well. Voice. I want to tell my AI "suppressing fire," And they all start shooting at enemy positions while I move up, etc.

And then the D-pad could be used to 'select' enemy positions, or the direction I want said fire to go to.

the voice control wouldn't work because it may not recognise certain accents, etc.
