1: I have 3 Gigs of RAM
2: Vista came with my comp
3: If 7 is good, I'll say so
4: Get back on topic :p
Anyways, I could probably live without anymore ports of Halo games to the comp, especially since Bungie will now be making games other than Halo.
GDVista sucks.
Windows 7 is a major improvement, especially 64 bit. XD can you has moar ram? yes you can!
I would like to have a Halo game on PC, that could be customized to our wants and desires,
Bungie's proprietary game engine used for Halo 3 + ODST is soo good and the fact that Halo 3 is "new" and actually better than Halo 1's Ugly ass graphics.
if they don't want to make games for PC, then why not release 360 software as a PC OS? (I wouldn't mind dual-booting, + 360 is extremely protected by some serious Hypervisor security crap)
lol madness.
I actually think Vista is a great OS. It has a lot of innovative features to it and it isn't a memory hog. My laptop with 4 GB Ram and Intel Core 2 Duo runs it perfectly smooth. I've never used a faster OS before.
They would never release 360 software for several reasons. One, it's a console OS so porting it to the PC would cause them to lose money on the 360. and second, it won't be compatible in the first place. The Xbox 360 is closer to a Mac than it is to a PC. The Xbox 360 has a PowerPC Architecture which is way different than a PC architecture. Besides, if you wanted 360 software, why not just buy a 360?I already have a 360 you idiot.
Do you like always to hear, how certain features never make it to the game due to hardware limitation?
Halo 2 Vista made me interested in PC gaming, because of how easier it would be to mod than a stupid xbox1, I hated doing FTP all the time, just to make one change, and hoping I don't break the map (I do keep backups).
but turns out Halo 2 Vista fails, modding has been completely eradicated.
Halo 3 is great for Infection variants, and Online co-op, I hope to see such a game on PC.
that is more mod-able and creative. I would love for custom campaign maps, ai maps etc...
if it wasn't made to support mods, I would be satisfied with the 2 game modes.
