When I fist heard of Halo I had not even heard of the XBox. My boss at work asked me if I wanted to stop by his house after work to play Halo. (You can't say no to the boss!) So i said "sure"! When I get to his house there is no where to park! I had to park almost a block away. I walk in the house and there was huge big screen in the living room (someone had brought it for the halo party) and people everywhere. There were 25 people there and eight Xboxes and TV's in six different rooms. The majority of my co-workers were there and had no idea what I had walked into. My boss pours me a beer (from the full barrel keg) and gave me the fatty (the biggest friggen controler i'd ever seen). With that many people we just used default names. I was "Prancer" and let me say this it took me only 30 sec. to get my first kill. (FFA TS 50) James Bond 007 paid off. We were plying on "Hang'em High". I responded on top of the shotty, I jumped, turned around and there was my boss. He had already unloaded half of his pistol ammo by the time he was close to me. I walked toward him, aimed and "boom", chick-chick, "boom" he was dead. He laughed, gave me a high five and said "looks like your a Halo natural". I ended up with 6 kills that game and placed 11th out of 16. I was hooked from that day fourth. I arrived at the bosses house at 5am (I work nights at UPS) and left at 3pm that afternoon. Did I tell you that day was pay day? Well you can guess where I went next? I spent $465.00 that day and my wife was pissed. But hey, I had an XBox and Halo plus other stuff like controllers and link cables. He had a LAN party almost every week at his house if not we went to someone elses house. Not quite as large as the first one I went to, but still Halo's of fun. Those were the days. "Back in the days when I was young, I'm not a kid anymore, but somedays I sit and wish I was a kid again". Rap artist unknown. Peace out.

It was the first time i beat it on legedary with a friend we were at the end ( u know the place were all the crates are pilled up and u have to get out of the 'hog) and he says " I'll never forget u Mr. Wortee" (thats what he called the worthog Mr. Wortee) cring followed.

The second time was when all my friends became afriad pf me in multi. So i always had to play by my self but no matter how hard they tried to kill me: running me over, blowing me up with the MBT= Main Battle Tank, double teaming, triple teaming, sniping, and our fav. grenades. but i still killed them.

Uh, my best memory of the game would probably be when I decided I couldn't do this on my own since I was gonna get slaughtered (which I did when I tried) and needed my Dad's help. Yeah well, we ain't too good at teamwork. He left me stranded when we were attacking all these covenant and they had tanks too. So I don't know how I did it ,but I guess the clover from Ireland I stuffed in my pocket helped and in a suicidal attempt I made it being the piloter guy of both controllers. Don't ever try this at home kids.

I've had some good halo one memories on alot of MP levels. I was playing against my sister and my friend and it was them versus me on Sidewinder. It was 24-24 and i planted a plasma on my friends tank and BOOM! I won. Hang Em' High versus my bro alan, he is pro with the M6D and it was the first time i lost, then i pummeled him and won the other two hang em high games. On Blood gulch i sniped the LAAG gunner and driver of a warthog real quick, that was pretty cool. On co-op when i was in the warthog passenger me and my friend were going up the tunnel in AOTCR and into a dropship. So i jumped out and whilst the warthog still went i slammed X into the gunner seat. Sweet move.
At a 8 player tournament at school i won 30 odd games in the week and lost two. It was amazingly fun. We had a halo 2 tournament and i won 5 out of 6 games that i played. Halo 1 is damn good. The best time i've ever had was co-op with my bro and we completed it legendary 2 hours and 30 mins. Then halo 2 we did it legendary 4 hours 50. We keep timing to get better ones and WILL get two hours on halo one. Halo memories are damn good!

Look you think you're so big just because you trained on legendary but computer A.I can never compare to human intelligence and inginuity, plus, I have many friends who are very skilled in halo 2 combat situations and their names are Dagon, Razorgoe, Helios and Darkside so, if you ever want to challenge us, give me a holla.

Mine, double kill because of a headshot that went through the driver and hit the passenger.

You're a good writer. How long did it take you to come up with that, type it, edit it, read it...

Playing with a buddy on XBC against two others on Derelict. My friend had a rocket and jumped to the lower level to hunt them down. He shot one and it boosted him to the second level about 3 feet in front of me. Shot him with my pistol to finish him off. What I enjoyed about it most is how I just fired without really thinking about what happened, then enjoyed the coolness of how he got blown right in front of me later.

Also get a triple Killtackular on that map once, without the sniper or rocket. They just kept spawning near or under each other. The ones that spawned underneath would run through the teleport on a grenade I just threw at his buddy who just spawned in front of it.

My best moment was when i finally got to the warthog in the maw on legendary driving while flood and setinels waged war i drove through massive explosions, flipping over multiple times trying to stop the banshees that killed foe hammer, flying past the nipple grunt then got to the end of the level and finallly watching the cutscene where the elite and seargent hug!all that just for one cut scene!best moment ever.

Halo was my first console game and my first FPS. The first time i played was that Christmass night played for like 30 hours straight. It was the first game i remember being able to enter/exit a vehicle. We have come a long ways!!!

The first time that i ever heard about Halo. I was going to buy a gamecube because i like Super Smash Brothers. I asked for one for Christmas but i did not get one. I was very mad but luckily i hdid get lots of money for presents. My friend said that he got an Xbox for christmas. I did not know what that was, but he told me that i had to come over and play this new game called Halo. He said that it was the coolesst thing that he had ever seen. I was sceptic at first, i still wanted the gamecube, but i went anyway. I played it at his house went home got my mom told her about it and how cool it was, she said that it was too expensive to buy, but i told her that i had the m oney. the next day me and my mom went out and we bought an Xbox and Halo with an exta controller. She said i was crazy to spend $450 but it was worth it for Halo.

My favorite time in halo was that I had to get out of halo while a timer was counting down. I could barely breath during that part. It was cool.
