I was taking care of my neighbors dog for a few days. They said I could play xbox if I wanted, this was in 2002. I plugged in Halo and played nonstop for hours. There are just too many memories of the game.
What happened to the dog ????? did you forget about it whilst playing Halo to find it had been crushed by a truck in the road ?He noticed one day that the dog's skull had mysteriously been crushed and there was blood on his controller.
Hmmm, are you saying that the controller fell from a great height onto the dog? or that the dog-sitter clubbed the unsuspecting pooch into doggy heaven ?
I am just glad that the original planet sized Xbox didn't fall on the dog....
To move this post away from bizarre dog related incidents....back on topic - The best experience for me with Halo (including all sequels) was the LAN parties.....awesome!
Although (don't flame as this is not the correct forum, but still relevant) I did play multiplayer on Halo Wars and it did bring back the very loose team related antics and memories from Halo CE!
Long live Halo CE and the inspiration it has given us and the countless ideas that other companies have ripped from this grand game !
