Subject: halo wars messes up fall of reach

From all kids who were trained to become Spartans there were 33 spartans who eventually made it to become real Spartans ready for combat. Sam died at young age and was the first Spartan to die in combat. They are listed MIA, so it would seem Spartans never die.

At the time of Halowars, 2531, three Spartans disappeared along with the Spirit of Fire. (Jerome, Douglas and Alice)
During the fall of Reach, 2552, a lot of Spartans died and went missing leaving John 117 the last active spartan. Jerome, Douglas and Alice still haven't returned.

hope this clears things up a bit.

Here we go the fanboys are fapping beause they think they're onto something but none of them can read.

Halo wars is canon, all of it is true, In halo wars you see a massive Elite presence because you are facing the prophet of regrets fleet, he also has his arbiter with him. As for the Non-canon elites the rest of the UNSC didn't hear about what happened on harvest straight away if at all.

The spirit of fire used it's FTL drive to destroy the planet they found and therefore could not slipspace jump, They all whent into cryo and now they're drifting in space waiting to get back which could vey well take decades.

The AI aboard spirit of fire put a beacon out right after the planet went super nova. So a few months passed before reach maybe ONI or another UNSC Frigate found them and towed them back to friendly space. ( Towing in slip space is possible with one FDL drive from another cruiser. )

Signatures are for squares.

We really need a Q&A weekly update, so I can ask if multiplayer maps are canon.

What always bothers me too is the fact Nylund's books describe spaceships as having rotating caroussels, while a fast inspection of e.g. the pillar proves the opposite, this inconsistancy is a bit stupid since playing the game 20 secs proves you wrong. I think details like this, the Brutes'/Elites' first appearance and the fact how many spartans exactly are left shouldn't be covered in a book. Those things kind of shut the door for later additions to the universe and that's sort of stupid. But heck who am I. Anyways I've always enjoyed the story and am happy to just ignore the 10-20 words in a book that form minor plot contradictions.

Its possible that the ship has a rotating ring inside of the hull, to create gravity along the core of the ship, but the outer portions of the rectangular ship (which would probably just be used for maitenance) would have no gravity.

Its possible that the Spirit of Fire was recovered between the battle of Reach and the battle of Harvest, and the Spartans were some of those not named in the novels (17 had no names or numbers on Reach in the novels).
how much time is between harvest and reach?

Doc: "i'm a pacifist"
Caboose: "your a thing that babies suck on?"
Tucker: "no dude, that's a pedephile"
Church: "tucker, i think he means a pacifier"

The thing that bothered me about Halo Wars was the Spartan Laser. It was supposed to have been completed around the time of Halo 3 IIRC, and DEFINITELY not at the start of the war. Hell, they made it from Covenant weapons and at that point they hadn't captured any.

YOU'RE STILL ALIVE?!?

Dude, Halo Wars is canon. We only see a certain portion of the SPARTANs so its entirely likely that the SPARTANs in wars were just not seen before.

There are more spartans alive than Douglas, Allice, Jerome, and John. Fred, Kelly and more survived.

Here I am, Here I stay. Endless and Infinite.

Just because a weapon is introduced to the player, doesn't mean it hasn't always been in the universe. Take the SMG for example, players were introduced to it in Halo 2, but its been in canon since Contact Harvest when Sgt. Johnson used a suppressed SMG to take out insurrectionists.

Those 3 may never returne because the legondary ending Serina says: "Captin: wake up. Somthing has happened..." They could have still survived whatever she is talking about though.

Agree because before they leave Arcadia Serina sends letters to the families of the people on board the SoF for holidays in the future it is possible she sent the co-ordinance of were they were going

I cannot tell you how many things are wrong with that statement... Almost the entire Blue Team (Chief's Team) (Kelly John Fred and Linda) are alive plus the Spartan III Ash Olivia and another one and Hasley and SCPO Mendez (W00t!) They are currently in the Setinel protected Shield World.

Sorry for the double post.
