If you already live in heaven, Where do you go when you die?

Hiel Bungie!

this is like a sad version of a virtual communist country! cheaters will always have ways to avoid the banhammer.... it's life... enjoy the game and file complaints on the people who cheat against u....

MMPD are you f***in kidding me?! people would highly abuse ban powers if they were given a chance to use them....

Playlist Overlord is a position that can bring on a lot of hate and wear someone down. I wouldn't be surprised if he takes on a different role for Halo:Reach.

Yes, but I am a machine, a dark and horrific construct, the engine of which is fueled by hate. You would do well not to forget this as when the gauge measuring my black steam reads full the End will begin.

...Anyway, we've mentioned this before, but we do not intend to drop Halo 3 when Reach is released. It is entirely likely that there will be a population shift that may prompt us to downsize the total number of Halo 3 playlists, and we may be even more careful with how we move the population around. But for now, sleep sweet, you princes of Maine. You kings of New England. The title of Overlord is mine to bear for some time yet.

Looks like thats not happening.

Also, a number of things:
1) We do not need a "Cabinet" to help Shishka. Why should we rely on five active community members to represent the hundreds of thousands who play matchmaking when Shishka already knows exactly what they want? He can see the statistics of every gametype and map vetoed in all of matchmaking, he doesn't need five people to tell him "whats going on".
2) Standbyers and Host Booters do get punished. Just because you aren't invited personally to the execution ceromony doesn't mean that they don't happen.
3) Its hard for humans to have access to all the data that is needed to prove that someone is host booting vs. someone has a crappy connection. The entire "moderator" thing won't work, and only would give cheaters a visual clue to stop cheating for a game.

Complaints happen, because Humans by nature are never happy. Its not a huge deal.
