Still play Gravemind just to do the Mausoleum battle? Either on legendary, heroic, etc. or with any skulls you please, I still have a blast doing this part no matter what. Anybody else have this one level or particular part of a level that you've loved since 2004 and will do it anytime?

I often play Gravemind of legendary now, (thank's for the speed run, Cody Miller) and I do have a blast playing at the end, at the Mausoleum battle, often without any skulls on.

One thing I like to do, is to have the two hunters that approach from the entrance of the Mausoleum follow me, after killing the grunt and elite reinforcements, then, in the Mausoleum, kill the Ultra Elites, and watch the Four Hunters fight the Brutes.

Watching four Hunters battle against the brutes is a sight to behold.

(If anyone should try to do this, I recommend you bring the Envy skull effect with you, not the infinite invisibility glitch, but just the ability, so you can hide for five seconds when you need a short break from the enemies shooting at you)

I play it all the time. It's definitely a blast at the end.

Outskirts. (Nod to chickenlittle with regards to trying to estimate numbers...)
Simply the best level in any Halo game. That small building at the beginning is like the best moments of Horde...before there even was such a thing. Sniping...close quarter...vehicles...standing on top of a Phantom...the tunnel run...just...so great.

Yea, outskirts is definitly a blast, the very beginning when you try to outlast the covenant, is the only part in the game, where bungie had a standard of what halo 2 was supposed to be. (some parts of the building are destroyable, limited ammo, intense fighting, that part alone is incredibly fun and hard, even with sergeant johnson on legendary)
