Best Paradoxes:
"This sentence is false!"

"The sentence below is true.
The sentence above is false."

An ashtray with the 'no smoking' symbol on it.

mabe. The arbiter in halo wars, which was about 20 years before Halo CE, and the arbiter in Halo 2 and 3 which was about a year after Halo CE. So its entiriely possible, but unlikely

I'm one with the warrior inside. The evidence can't be denied. The entire world will stare. Into this battlefield tonight. As I stand before you with a warrior's heart now. I can feel the strength that will Ensure my victory this time

At that time there WASN'T an Arbiter. Not until Halo 2. Deal with it.

Actually there was an arbiter but it was never named.

I don't ever recall the Covenant being in a time of great need then...

More like 10-15 years. And you do realize Halo CE and 2 and 3 are at the most 2 months apart?

Please learn about the timeline yourself before informing others.

Halo Wars takes place in 2531. CE takes place in 2552. 2552-2531=15? No. It's 21 years apart.

"YOUR DESTRUCTION IS THE WILL OF THE GODS, AND WE ARE THEIR INSTRUMENT."

Ripa 'Moramee-17th Arbiter of the Covenant (Halo Wars)
Thel 'Vadamee- 18th or 20th Arbiter of the Covenant/Sangheili. (Halo 2+)
So, probably not.. If there was one? Cool. Awesome, in fact. Unlikely, but possible.

Resignation is my virtue; like water I ebb, and flow.
Defeat is merely the addition of time to a sentence I never deserved...but you imposed.

There may not have been another arbiter since the Halo Wars one until The Halo 2 one. Halopedia says that the one from Halo Wars was the 17th, and the one from Halo 2 and 3 is said to be either the 18th or 20th.... so its possible, but who knows.

I don't think an Arbiter was necessary back in Halo 2 because the covenant was whooping the UNSC but hey they brought him in anyways.

Damn.

I suck. :(

I could of sworn it took place around 2537.

Oh well.

Soon to be breaking news:

US Coast Guard prepares for massive rescue mission after Iranian fleet sinks off shore. Reports say a small thunderstorm caused most of the ships to simply...fall apart.

No, they had an Arbiter in Halo 2 because of the Heretics that were calling The Great Journey a lie.

True but I wouldn't call that a time of great need, just the need to show some people who is who.
See if they brought in an Arbiter for that think of what else there could be an arbiter for.

"Eyes from Death's dream kingdom appear as sunlight on a broken column. There, in Death's other kingdom, walking alone, trembling lips form prayers to broken stone."

How many Arbiters can they keep throwing away? I'm sure Thel Vadamee will be in it, but he was a Supreme Commander at the time.
