Most Cigar Chompinest Marine you will ever see in Firefight

After playing Section 8 i realised that the way you can make your character have more sheilds or have better accuracy made it quite a good game but why can't we take that and put it in Halo: Reaches Multiplayer?
e.g More shields at the cost of damage or having poor camo at cost of shields. This way people can decide how they like to play such as when you get a sniper and your sniping the poor camo makes it harder for people to see you but lack of shields can also make you easier to kill and if you have more shields you can survive longer and will help when using the spartan laser or any close range weapons but you won't be able to do as much damage to enimies or vehicles so a shot that would normally kill the player might not if you had that trait.
Also, why can't we have different guns to start with? NOT the best weapons (like Sniper Rifle or Rocket Launcher) but the average weapons like Plasma Rifle or Needler or even the Pistol? (I know pistol is like WTF?!) By being able to start the game with these as they do about the same damage as the rifle you start with in Halo 3 Multiplayer it will proberbly give the game more variety while keeping it fair at the same time. I would prefer some feedback to this suggestion and, if you could, improve about what i have said for this Topic. See you in the Beta guys =).
