When i 1st started with firefox i had problems but i just downloaded the up dates and its fine.
This thread is amusing, a microsoft website working just as well if not better( i have never had firefox crash on me like ie has many times) with a rival browser!

how so? wouldn't i just need to ban people if they break the rules? Iv read over the rules for posting and am aware that im not posting this in the right section, so i think i could be a forum ninja/moderator

Sorry, we typically do not recruit people who specifically ask to be moderators.

Oh and I still don't see these problems with Firefox and Bungie.net, I browse just fine.

I use firefox and I don't any problems either. But Hey if you don't recruit people who specifically ask to become moderators does that mean that you recruit people who specifically ask not to be moderators, or people who just don't ask anything?

I've tried that. It didn't work at all. I am using Advanced Browser instead. It's like IE and with the same principles, just without all the security loopholes ;)

That's exacly why I've wanted to use FireFox, thanks for the info.

Maybe Bungie will make an update containes a terrible flaw and causes you xbox to explode leaving nothing but a black outline where it used to be.

Shhhhhh. That one is still in development.

I hear the best it can manage right now is a small fire. Exploding hardware may sound easy, but they're really hard to code.

The only way that you will ever have a chance at it is if you earn the right to be one. That means your behavior on the forums must suit the Ninja's whims. A while ago I also asked to see if I could be a forum ninja, but then I realized that I didn't deserve it because of my forum behavior. I posted average things. Not things that make good points and that suit the ninja's interests. Yes I know that this is off topic, but I had to indulge in this to have Crazy G well informed. Now with fire fox, that just runs differently on the bungie site (so I am told.) I recomend that you stick with MIE.

It works fine for me... I keep everything working by scanning for spyware defragging and deleteing tempory internet files ectectect.

I only have one problem: sometimes it fails to load anything internet related, msn won't log in, can't update spyware scanning stuff and pages won't work. No programs can use the internet what-so-ever. Anyone else got this problem? Still, to make it work again I just need to restart the computer which takes under a minute - thanks to windows xp.

I don't have any problems with firefox at all, but if anyone has problems they should dl all recent updates and if it still doesn't work there's plenty of other options

Life is pain.

The only problem I've had with Firefox is when i hold the down key on the keyboard to scroll the page down, when I take my finger off the keyboard the page keeps scrolling. I've probably go the sensitivity to high, just to lazy to fix it, apart from that it works fine.

First of all how do you get Firefox. Is that atached with Linex OS or is it a Mac thing? I mean IE comes with windows and well it works just fine. So why try to grab a defective program just because of claims to be faster. Yeah I am sure they can pull up the error page faster.

As for all those who want to be a moderator and wonder how since Bungie dosn't recruit people who asks. Well the policy is simple. THEY ASK YOU, You don't ask them. And no joining HFCS won't make you a mod. It will get your name smited from the que. Just ask Yoozel how many times mine, psyched, Rip Saw, and other members have been smited.

Hmmm... I wonder how long it will take for them to smite my name.

moderator notice:5 seconds to smite your name off the membership que. 1 second to unleash ninjas on marine.

Doah. Oh well first time getting banned Good bye cru3l world!

*Gasps*

You didn't just imply that IE is superior to Firefox.... Firefox is so much greater.... I've never had problems with Firefox and the only site I've heard of it having troubles with is BNet....

Once you go Firefox you never go back
Also, once you go Mac you never go back....

It was a cold day near the southern base in Blood Gulch. Cortana and I were relaxing over a game of Go Fish, WHEN OUT OF NO WHERE 700 BANSHEES CAME FLYING IN!!! I GRABED MY SPARTAN LASER AND LET HELL REIGN DOWN UPON THEM. I HOPPED IN THE NEAREST WARTHOG AND TOLD CORTANA TO GET IN.

What makes you think that you have a better shot then people who have been members for 2+ years? Sorry, but I think you're hurting your chances.
