I would laugh so much if this had nothing to do with Bungie at all.

Remember the www.ilovebees.com appeared under MICROSOFT's big X.

When barbecuing veggie burgers, be sure to tie your long hair back. That will keep it away from the flames, you stupid hippie.

It's gotta be a grunt.
The disjointed disjointed gruntlike speech is to gruntlike to not be a grunt.

I think it a nicely done ad for halo 2 exactly for what is interesting but looking at it a demo of halo 2 but also at the same time maybe it's giving us a glimps of the past of one of the characters or the future to come.

It interesting though, i found that bees comes up a far amount in algrothrimetic construction as a metaphor. Basic about having all these little things that go out and find stuff, then return back to tell others where it was then others go back out and search further.

It would seem that this is what the ilovebees is exactly doing, someone comes across the site and take the news to another person who takes it to another person in my case takes it a forum (www.atomicmpc.com.au in my case) and tells everyone there, then they go and have a look then spread the news around.

And all in the mean time bungie benefits from a low cost way of advertising that sparks interest betwen the audience of halo 2.
