I can give you an estimate, though. If Bungie does it right, and it's not made of the essence of fail like H2V, it would probably look as follows:
CPU: 2.8GHz or greater (2.2GHz dual-core or higher recommended)
RAM: 512MB, 1GB for Vista (2GB or higher recommended)
HDD Space: Between 10-15GB
Graphics: 256MB DirectX 9.0c card with Shader Model 3.0 support (512MB DirectX 10 card or higher recommended)
Sound: DirectX 9 compliant, 5.1 surround optional
I based these roughly off of Assassin's Creed PC, which is more demanding graphically than Halo 3. Of course, with Halo ports and their reputation for spitting on system requirements, it doesn't hurt to up-shoot.sounds good.
