Perception is everything.

What would your reaction be if the humans won the battle on Reach? Would you be mad? Surprised, surly, but how? What would you do?

Break the rules,
Stand apart,
Ignore your head,
And follow your heart

i doubt bungie will change the go against the canon of halo. if they did then they would've devided by 0, thus causing a time paradok thus causing me to be your great grandmother.

gimme a kiss sonny!

That's why I said theoretically. I know they aren't going to do that.

I make a legitimate thread on the most logical choice for the next Bond actor, and you take that away from me by creating a parody thread indirectly connecting my thread to yours.

I hope your kids have bad influences and develop bad personalities. I wish this with all my heart.

Nobody wants to play the "what if" game. It starts sane, and then gets bat--blam!- crazy.

WHAT IF YOU DID?! WHAT IF YOU LIED!?

Yea, I know, fail.

cord casias

even if we lied the game would be totally lame and make no sense and bungie would lose all their fans.

United Armed Forces

Current Situation:

Cov wins Reach
Chief Escapes (Halo: Combat Evolved)
Chief Escapse again (Halo 2)
Some Badass ODSTs (Halo 3: ODST)
How does he do it???? (Halo 3)

What if...
Human win Reach
(hit delete button on Halo: CE, Halo2, Halo 3: ODST, and Halo 3)
Spartans Survive
They go to capture random ship
Unyielding Hierophant hits Earth and wipes it off the floor
Humans go "uh-oh"
Spartans most likely get a prophet, or something.
Reach wiped across the floor.
Humanity loses.

GnadeMasta sums it up pretty good. The Covenant would probably actually end up using a Halo. Probably Truth would realize you need a human to activate one, capture one Human, and activate Alpha Halo. Either that or the Flood escapes Alpha Halo, makes a Gravemind, and everyone dies.

M=17+ Not 11

It would re-write the entire trilogy.

Anybody remember the last battle sequence from Star Wars: The Phantom Menace? Yeah. That's what would have happened if we had caught a Prophet. All the Covenant would have simply stopped working. All your theories are shot.

I think not, my good sir. Did truth not leave Mercy to die?

No Problem.

Anyway. Bungie wouldn't do that, they have a Halo bible that's probably written in stone. To do this would totally mess up all the canon that's been written for the past decade.

if i would alter anything in halo it would be sgt forges death to me he was a badass and so was red team and i would base a game on them but they survive reach and the chief was lost on a halo ring until red team finds him and saves him

If I would alter anything in Halo, it would actually be two things. One, people who make dumb ideas, such as "Lets hav0rz F0Rg3 and R3d T3Am g0 SaVe Cheeeeef" would no longer be here to make such ideas. Two, Halo Wars would never have existed. Ever. At all.
