yea, even most moderate parents & catholic school commitees are impressed with the ESRB's rating system, it actually works, unlike the movie rating system. If parents actually want they can make sure what games their children are playing by just looking at the front of the box, the rating isin't hidden somewhere on the inside front-cover. However most of the game-stores don't care, when I went to buy Halo PC, i think I was 13, and the guy was like "good choice" so not much disagreement there. The only thing is is uber-violent games that everyone knows about, like The Suffering, and those other zombie games that come around, otherwise Halo wouldn't, make that couldn't have that much blood & gore if it was humans you were killing, i guess even ESRB has a liking towards shredding up alien covie bastards. ;)
