If you call yourself a fan-boy you would actually look at the back drop ans storyline going on in O.D.S.T.

It is supossed to have a completely different feel to it from the rest of the series.

If your to stupid to realize this your just another mental-case halo player with no mind of their own.

Tastes like chicken...

hehe i'm on page 69 :P

In all seriousness now, it was an expansion, not a new full game. Thought the story was ok and it was good seeing it from the marines perspective for once. My only dislike was no matchmaking in firefight.

Maybe they could update, and put the feature in i dont know. All in all it was worth the £20, and i bought it new and shiney, so theres no worry about price.

Dude, quit crying. ODST's campaign was much better than Halo 3's. ODST is -blam!- awesome, and you're too weak-minded to figure it out on your own. Also, if you, along with several thousand other gamers, didn't rush through everything, this "5-hour campaign" could have taken two days, and you would have really enjoyed it.

How do you do?

So are the maps free yet? Didn't think so. Your rant is invalid.

Foxtrot17: "i got you a present!"
Delta24: "if it isn't a bullet hose or an explosive i don't want it..."
Foxtrot17: "its a cake..."
Delta24: "MINE!!!"

the game could have been executed better but i enjoyed it because i just like ODST's,i think it should have been like MOH Airborne, you hot drop into each mission and complete objectives, not look for a clue and have a flashback...

ODST was once just a Halo 3 add-on and once called Halo 3 recon. but sense it just was barely too big to be an add-on they made it a game.

Just to occupy you til' Reach.

Thank you. Finally a good response.

Sure don't buy another bungie game, its not like Reach is going to be anything special! It'll probably suck of course. Its to bad i'll have to sit through its sheer aweomeness while you'll be getting noob toobed on MW2...

  • 09.05.2010 12:01 AM PDT

Come on, try to put fire under my topics, i'll counter that with my own knowledge, stupid little kids.....

I completly agree, this game was one of the worst Halo Games ever made, I thought it would've been better than Halo 3 but nope, I wasted $60 of my money. BTW firefight sucks too, it's too repetitive.

Just bought my pre-ordered copy of ODST tonight. Picked it up at 12:22 am and quickly drove it home to play. Already had friends lined up to do 4 player co-op. $60.00 for 3 new multiplayer maps that will be free in another 2 months, and a 5 hour campaign... That doesn't sound good I thought, but then this is Halo and we have all of the previous titles and loved each one. That list includes Halo Wars... Therefore I thought that this one has to be good. Long story short, the 4 of us all agreed that this is a terrible game which is chock full of shortcuts and unpolished hogwash. I plan to take my copy back to the store when it opens for my money back! Bungie - This is not worth $60.00 - not even close. This is a crappy game and that is coming from a Halo-fanboy. You guys lost a customer tonight. I won't buy another one of your titles. I am extremely disappointed by this game.

You may think this games is wholly not worth the $60 but you forget that back in the day people spent 50 bucks on like 4 levels of mediocrity. And there was no internet so basically be happy we live in an era of mass communication to know what sucks and whats worth it. But on the bright side of things Halo Reach will definitely be worth your hard earned money and then some. We hope...

I never had any idea that my feedback about this worthless game would receive so much attention. Please stop posting comments on this thread. We all know the game is an overpriced piece of crap that is better used as a coaster for your drink then as a game. Get over it! ODST = Garbage and the person that was the project lead should have been fired.

You, sir, are a big piece of garbage. You have no respect for the amount of hard work people put into this game. Learn to appreciate thing for what they are and go away.

I'm not a hard core gamer, but I can take video gaming to a serious point. I'd pay lots of money for one game (Halo: Reach = $150). I prefer the 360 over other consoles. My first game was Halo: Combat Evolved on the Original Xbox. I hope to see you online ;D. (Remember Noble Team, Remember Reach)

You have some good points there. ODST was a very short game. Plus Firefight wasn't all that impressive, but I found the Campaign to be exciting and fun. Yes it did only last very little hours but I thought it was filled with some good twist and fun firefights against the Brutes. The part I admired about the game was the fact you could finish the game just by sneaking around and not even attract enemy attention. The thing that made me go to the midnight release was the fact you could get a code to use Sgt. Johnson in firefight, which was kinda of a smart move I guess. The game in total should have been sold at a lower price, maybe like $45 or even $35 dollars. I wouldn't say it was a complete disappointment but it wasn't a great accomplishment. I'd say it was a rushed game. They didn't put any effort into as much as I thought, but it did have a good campaign.

  • 09.10.2010 9:41 PM PDT

I agree with this game being rushed, most likely that much of the development team was working on Reach. Also, it is just a matter of opinion on what a person thinks on a product whether they agree or disagree with the majority.

OK let me say this to the massive big crybaby that he really is.

First of all I love & own all the halo games from the first to the last.

I can not see just how a inmature kid or adult....what ever
can say a game sucks. I love the story behind ODST for the fact remains is that this clown has no darn IDEA as to how the whole story goes from the attack on Harvest, then reach followed by earth. I wonder if he is some nut case that decided to whine & complain just for the kicks?

Just started my own group called the battle rifle group but in this group I will not except cry babies.

From the moment Bob's birth-cord was cut, every girl's hymen has belonged to him.

There must have been a dildo in that Wii control they found
For when they shoved it up his ass, he began to walk around, aaand
Chad Warden the fanboy, was as ABAP as can be
But the -blam!-es say, that he was mad -blam!-, and talked -blam!- on PS3

Your opinion is nothing.
