I, too, would like to know that someone at Bungie (who actually works there) is actively trying to fix the game I paid $60 for. I know that collecting information is key to identifying the problem, and I'm glad that Test Ninja Alpha is doing so . . . but someone please tell us that there's a room full of smart people at Bungie who are, even now, working on the problem.
BTW, about a third of the time I get the RDE my 360 freezes up (after I get dumped back to the dashboard) and I have to power down manually.
