Oh stop it. From everything I've read, Bungie is hard at work figuring out the proglem. I understand that you are frustrated, as am I, but calling them is going to do nothing. They know of the problem, so just give them a chance to get it straightened out.
As for me:
1. A brief description of your specific problem and what you've tried to fix it. Please do not recap the thread.
I get the disc read error every time I attempt to load my game. I got it the first time right after watching the rookie pull the helmet out of the screen and the cutscene that follows.
2. Remove your hard drive and play through the same sections of ODST that are failing. Does that make a difference?
I'm not sure. I'll try that and update accordingly.
3. Put in Halo 3 and play through a the first few campaign missions (on easy, it'll go quick). Do you see the same behavior as in ODST, or does it function perfectly?
Sorry, but I no longer own Halo 3. :(
