It's been 6 days since I called. No shipping label. And when I go to the website to see the repair status, there's no print shipping label button. Plus, it doesn't even recognize my SR# or my zip code if I'm signed in. Only when I'm signed out.
Time for another phone call.
EDIT: -blam!-, it's 3-5 BUSINESS days. How did I miss that? Nevermind then. Have to wait until tomorrow.
