I hate Microsoft. My Xbox started acting up a month ago. I went on the site, did the steps, no solution, so e-mail then, got the e-mail from their website, where else. They then get back to me with all the things that were on the site, I say that I have done all those. Get another saying I'll have to send it of for repair, I ask if this will cost anything because it was repaired under a year ago, and I told them that it couldn't be fair to charge me when they 'fixed' it under a year ago, all they tell me is they know how frustrating it is. I then e-mailed about this problem, they e-mailed me back with the steps, told them in the reply that I didn't want to get any of the website crap, and that I didn't want to heat about disc replacement and I knew I wasn't the only one with the problem and that I wanted an update on what they were doing, their response "Try another disc" and I said that I tried that and I wanted an update and what I got back that time was the website steps!!!!! What the hell!!!!! I hate them!!!! I have never owned a PC always a mac, pissed me of to hear Microsoft bought Bungie, I have a macbook, the only issue I have had with it, it go stolen!, and I sat on the replacement. My girlfriends father works for Sony tech support, would much rather have got in touch with him than some stupid woman who barely speaks english!!!! One of the major problems with Microsoft support is that you never get the same person!!
