Here's my quick complaints:
Black Eye red screen is irritating.
Finding the last two cloaked brutes on a large map (such as Lost Platoon) at the end of a wave can be nigh impossible. Sometimes it becomes necessary to stand out in the open and wait for them to find (and probably kill) you. It is also inconvenient to turn on the VISR on LP to find them.
Fuel Rod grunts and brutes are WAY to accurate (oh well).
It's nearly impossible to counter-snipe on Crater. The jackals are so far away, the only thing that will kill them is a lucky rocket, or perhaps a beam rifle (if you can get one).
Hunters are impervious to fire grenades (wtf?)
The lack of some sort of weapon stockpiling feature. I'm quite conservative with ammunition, and so I like to keep rockets, snipers, PPs, plasma rifles, carbines, fuel rods, etc. for later waves. The problem is they disappear VERY easily in my experience. Even when I pick them up intermittendly (spelling?) they still disappear, leaving me with a magnum and empty PP against brutes. I just wish I could be rewarded with my conservative efforts by having ammunition for when famine comes on.
Wasn't a fan of the story. (Can't please everyone.)
Engineers are inaccessible during later rounds on Chasm Ten because black eye is on, and therefore you can't hardly get out far enough to be accurate with a PP. The turret is useless on them with Tilt on too.
This isn't complaint but more of a bug: My turret was stuck no less than 8 times on Chasm Ten, and yet it would no fall off its tripod until I ripped it off. I was thrilled at the time, but I could just keeep going back after my STamina recovered, over and over, throughout each round.
Alpha Site, Lost Platoon and Windward are TOO amazing.
Sometimes I laser a wraith and it won't die (happened to my friend too). Maybe it's just me, but I kind of think that it was buggy. I was SURE I hit it.
Lack of four-player splitscreen. I imagine this is a result of performance issues, but it still sucks hard.
Wish there was another large-scale, vehicular map like Lost Platoon.
ODSTs can punch through a Wraith (wtf?) yet you get hardly any points for it. In my opinion sniping the gunner, dodging mortars and boarding a Wraith should get the same amount of points as someone who destroys it using a warthog or chopper.
I can't think of anything else at the moment. Most of what I have listed is unchangeable, but I hope the whole black eye red screen and finding invis brutes on Lost Platoon gets fixed.
By the way, where the hell is the flame thrower on Data Hive!?
