My friend experience: It was not even a week and my xbox completly scratch the Disc with deep and circular scartch, the game was unplayable. I try to repair it once and it didn't worked, so I decided to send it to the Microsoft Center. The mailing+the cd case I had to buy cost me about $10. It's been 1 month already and I didn't receaved my game back. Recently I got a mail in english from Microsoft telling me that they won't give me back a French Version of the Game (the version I brought) and that either I choose to get the game in english or they send me back the scratched game. My $70 game finally cost me $100
He's really angry. That was a lack of respect from microsoft, after all he live in a country where english is not spoken, sent a letter in french and he get a reply in english, it is not acceptable. They should even repair games for free, after all, we all know that those four little rubbers are missing around the lens, right?
