Nolan is Nolan.

One thing I got angered about halo 2 and 3, and maybe odst havent played it yet, was you never really "got behind the visor" of the master chief. Now does anyone think halo: Reach will have some immersion to it? So you can really get behind the visor of who youre playing as? Or hell BE the guy behind the visor?

You mean you want to learn about the character we're playing as, some development.

He means, are we actually going to get a character's view on things? Sort of like role playing...

The thing with the Halo series is that Master Chief doesn't talk except for in cutscenes. It's up to us to interpret how Chief would think/talk in the games (disregard the books for this purpose). That's even more reinforced in ODST with the Rookie, although the other ODSTs kinda make up for it.

To be honest, I think that Halo is fine the way it is. Characters don't have to be set in stone when they go on alien killing sprees.

We just turned this whole thread upside down lol.

I think he means seeing the face of the guy we are playing, and by "being the guy behind the visor" i think he means making your own character.

Hell no one has any idea what the hell he's talkin about
