No doubt most of you guys discovered this 'hidden tune' ages ago but I can't find any details thru the search set up so I am after some help via this forum regarding: 1) The name of the tune and 2) Who composed it. I was playing my sons Halo game (XBox version) and was up to 'Attack on the Control Room' level when I thought I'd have a joy flight in a Banshee - as you do. I landed it on the second top most concrete U shaped structure high above the Control Room (i'm not afraid of CG heights). I got out of the Banshee and had a walk around on the concrete structure enjoying the snow etc and I was nearly to the right hand end (as you look at it) of the structure when this pleasant piano melody started playing. I thought to myself this is nice (and rather unexpected) but the curios thing is the music stops abruptly when you walk more than about ten (scale) feet away from the end of the structure.

I asked my son about it and it was all news to him, how many of you guys have found this?

I rarely play 'computer games' but I reckon Halo is one of the best I have seen.

It's "The Siege Of Madrigal" by Marty O'Donnell (who also did the Halo music), from the Bungie game Myth: The Fallen Lords. There is also a way of hearing it at the start of the level, as outlined by the link rip saw gave you. :)
