Here's my list of things I want to be in Halo: Reach.

The List:
1- Play as new Spartans.
2- The storyline to be based on an untold side story of the Battle of Reach. Not a re-telling from the books.
3- Remove equipments.
4- The Gameplay to be like Halo 1's Gameplay.
5- Return the M6D Pistol and make it a five shot kill.
6- Update Forge.
7- Update Theater.
8- The skill system to be very similar to Halo 2 skill system.
9- Put MM in Firefight.

P.S: If the skill system in Halo: Reach won't be very similar to Halo 2 skill system, then blame Microsoft.

what's up with everybody prefering the HCE pistol when it's a lot more powerful than the BR?
the BR has spread, you have to lead your shots and is bad a close quarter.
the M6D has no spread, fires faster than the BR and is good even at close range....

I really hope the MM isn't like Halo 2's, it was far worse; took far longer to match up and took years 2 level up.

Things I want
-Elites back to fight against (this should obviously happen)

-Driveable Phantom/Scarab/Pelican in Campaign (Halo 2 made us WATCH Johnson drive the Scarab and ODST made us WATCH Mickey fly the Phantom

-Return of Firefight, with MM if possible

-Drinols (I dunno if anyone remembers the fanart of these monsters, but they always looked fun to fight

-Possibly some mini-bosses, not such annoying boss fights as Halo 2, but it just made sense in the Halo universe; I feel Halo 3 would have been more fun if you got to kill Truth and Gravemind rather than just see 2 seconds of their deaths in a cutscene :/

-Battle Rifle back. I know it's contentious, but it really works well as an all round weapon to carry in multiplayer and it really isn't all that amazing in Campaign; you always need a back up weapon if you want any hope of killing Brutes/Elites/Hunters

-Some new weapons, I appreciate that this is a prequel and new advancements wouldn't make all that much sense, but I would really like to see some new weapons come into the fray.

-Complete map editor? Farfetched I know, but it would be AMAZING

-Bots, possibly. Bots allow you to have fun on your own if you are bored and make it less competitive; plus it's great training for matchmaking without forcing you to ruin your sigma by gaining/losing experience in social games.

-The ability in theatre to go wherever you want with the camera; not necessarily inside of objects but outside of the map and under the floor could make for some interesting pictures.

-A more covenant-orientated campaign. Halo 2 was an amazing campaign and really gave us backstory on the Covenant, I think Reach would be a perfect opportunity to shed more light on them and give us some Covenant-centric cutscenes again.

-Reading the post above I have to say Blood Gulch, it's just such a huge part of Halo I think they need it (especially if the experience is going to parallel Halo CE)

I know it's a lot, but it could be there last game after all...

1. Flyable Pelicans.
2. Play as Master Chief. Maximum badass.
3. Still a balanced and good old fashioned Halo multiplayer. Just like Halo 3.
4. Sgt.Johnson makes an appearance.
5. No classes.

most of the stuff i wanted added you already mentioned but what i also want in the new game is space combat and 32 player multiplayer then putting pelicans in would actually be useful in MM
