ok so i use to own halo 2 but then i sold during a 1 week phase of absolutely hating halo. bad mistake. anyways, im gonna rebuy it. what i want to know for when i get halo 2 is what the pistol is like. how does it releate to the halo ce and halo 3 pistol? how many body and headshots does it take to kill? does it shoot as fast as you pull the trigger or is there a pause? is it very accurate?

thanks to anyone who can answer those questions or tell me anything more about it

Soon to be breaking news:

US Coast Guard prepares for massive rescue mission after Iranian fleet sinks off shore. Reports say a small thunderstorm caused most of the ships to simply...fall apart.

I think it's the Halo 3: ODST pistol, but without a scope or silencer.

Go away.

Yes, you can shoot as fast as you can pull the trigger.
It's accuracy isn't excellent. It is good for close rang head shots and dueling.

I used to hate the H2 pistol, but it has grudgingly gotten my respect. It is especially useful when you have Grunt Birthday Party active, especially on the flood levels. The biggest drawback is that it has a much more limited ammo capacity and there is not much ammo laying around for it. The ammo that is around seems to be most common on the flood levels (maybe why it is so useful there!). It is fun to dual wield the pistols and lay waste to Elites, the fun just does not last long due to the lack of ammo and the amount of rounds it takes to bring down a silver elite (Thunderstorm is a bad idea when going with alot of pistol play!).
