Sharks with friggen lasers!
I don't get how weapons magically just stick to your back in Halo 3, so I'd like for Reach to have more detail on how it sticks to your back, like straps or something.
They aren't glued, its a super magnets that hold them in place.
In the days of old, there were legends of a land long lost to time. This land was known as Ranna'Mor. Ranna'Mor was said to contain in its borders 7 warriors. These warriors had once unleashed a veritable hell upon the ancient world, until they were locked away. My name is Toriad, and I am one of those warriors. Our return is approaching. Do not run away, do not cower in fear; take solace in your final days, for that is all we can do. -Legend of Ranna'Mor
It's a magnet that holds the weapons in place. Same goes for the grenades and equipment.
Still, that's so stupid. And im pretty sure that the rocket launcher isn't magnetic.
Posted by: Snail TeaStill, that's so stupid. And im pretty sure that the rocket launcher isn't magnetic. Well, according to bungie, that's how it goes. The weapons are made of metal, and a magnet holds them in place. It allows for quick weapons switching without hindering mobility.

To be honest, I don't give a -blam!- how the weapon is on my back...I'd rather have Bungie perfecting the engine and the multiplayer.
live on SANGHEILI!!
i agree with iyybrie
Look, a half monkey half pony monster!
Posted by: Snail TeaStill, that's so stupid. And im pretty sure that the rocket launcher isn't magnetic. Name one plastic weapon in the game and fair enough, but every weapon in halo 3 is magnetic, and they stick to your back because of the elictrical currents that power the magnets in the suit!
Posted by: Snail TeaStill, that's so stupid. And im pretty sure that the rocket launcher isn't magnetic. So using giant rubber bands on our back makes more sense? A strap would take forever to switch weapons and we are 500 years into the future. I think we would have developed a strong enough magnet by then.
It's a ****ing game. I don't get how Niko Bellic can pull an RPG, Carbine, AK-47, Several hand grenades, a piston, SMG and a sniper rifle out of his ass.
