In the days of old, there were legends of a land long lost to time. This land was known as Ranna'Mor. Ranna'Mor was said to contain in its borders 7 warriors. These warriors had once unleashed a veritable hell upon the ancient world, until they were locked away. My name is Toriad, and I am one of those warriors. Our return is approaching. Do not run away, do not cower in fear; take solace in your final days, for that is all we can do. -Legend of Ranna'Mor

One disc. ODST was the exception

two disc. bungie said halo: reach will be there bigest game yet so having an entire disc all to itself would be nice. then that gives plenty of space to fill up the second disc with meaty multiplayer content

I never understood the point of two discs.

Please keep it on one disc, so much easier.

2 discs means more space for more content. The ODST package came with 2 complete games, hence, 2 separate discs.

Look at Final Fantasy 7. It had 4 discs, I think.

its just as easy with two discs. you probably just play the campaign a few times to get achievements or find glitches with friends. after that you will probably keep the multiplayer disc in untill halo 4 comes out
