I am voting yes.I hate not being able to sprint. Now you guys, if you vote yes, develop how the system will work.
I'd like to see one. But unsure if it would fit into the Halo feel.If it feels right in testing, Maybe. But we don't want it to turn to "CoDish"
no because this isnt COD the running is fast enough
It would be nice to have it in CAMPAIGN, but not MM.
Learned from years gone by, no one will care, what happens to me
It would be cool but it could get anoying on MM

Your basically already sprinting when your running... ?
Betatesters are disposable.
[X] Don't really care.Sprinting could be nice if correctly implemented, but I don't really need it.

as long as it isnt to fast....like section 8, or to much of a COD feel im good with sprinting
It is possible to commit no errors and still lose. That is not a weakness. That is life.Posted by: chickenlittleCheeto is the only one among you that doesn't suck.
Technically, Spartans already run that fast... They can cover a few miles in a few minutes of gameplay on foot...
i say you run fast enough to keep up with any cod guy sprinting already
"You must be mistaken, Reclaimer. I've met your makers, and they don't even know your name..."
Why make a button for something Spartans already do? Sprinting is for games where you die in three hits. Not games where your guy soaks up plasma fire like barbecue sauce. Halo doesn't need it. Halo is about being a walking tank, not having to sprint to cover over and over. I'm talking to you, CoD.
Halo is Halo. Lets try not to make it CoD
why would a sprint function make it like call of duty just because call of duty had sprint function? if anything call of duty feels like doom because doom had a sprint function. that being said, we are already running. it may feel slow when your on valhalla and all of the action is going in the distance, but bungie are experts at video games and multiplayer. im sure they know how to make a good player speed and know how fast to make it.
There will not be a sprint system!!Are you retarded? In Halo 3 you run faster than you sprint in COD4.
Go back 2 Camp of duty u CoDer

COD isn't the only game with sprinting you know. However it's not really needed, seen as Spartans already fun fast but sprinting does give a cool feel when you are running to the flag, etc. And to those who say it just isn't Halo, er no. Adding a sprint feature isn't going to change it, its just a nice addition.
"Enjoy being slow"??WTF?? In Halo 3?? Slow? What's next? "What would you prefer, jump like Mario or don't jump at all as Donkey Kong?"I don't know if you're a troll man, but you should play more Halo 3 and less CoD if you want someone to believe you...
spartans are fast runners u kno they might just replace mongooses and warthogs with sprinting avaible cuz i mean whats the point of it if u r driving something and some one just sprints up along side with u and highjacks it and u could just sprint with a turret PAOW theres ur worthog

Halo has a great sprint system already. Push thumbstick slighty to walk, push all the way to run/sprint.Enjoy!
Yeah, Agreed , Hey Divsy ;)But Maybe just in Campaign, Not MM.
Sent the map 11/27. Hope it all goes well.
We already run faster than normal marines. A marine's sprint is a spartan's jog.

But we don't want it to turn to "CoDish"this is my answeri believe they would have thought of something like this, as i know many of them have played COD, but they probs had decided on that it isn't necessary in the game
