Play Halo, like a boss.

As much as I enjoyed ODST, it doesn't pack all the amazing features that Halo 3 did. Bungie make sure you make Halo: Reach the best it can be. Don't rush it. We can wait.

Actually, it had more than Halo 3. All DLC content, three additional maps, firefight, multiplayer, and a free roaming campaign.

I hate how everyone is complaining that ODST isn't a full game because they already have Halo 3. When they say stand alone game, they means completely stand alone. It isn't supposed to be compared to Halo 3 AT ALL!

It's Bungie's last Halo project, they are trying thier hardest to make it the best they can be. Bungie won't let us down, nor have they ever done that before.

I wouldnt say it had more than Halo 3 at all. In a sense yea but not much. If modern warfare 2 would come out and it has cod4 multiplayer and just a new campaign mode and another stupid mode, i would say MW2 sucks. But they wont do that because its foolish. ODST doesnt have more than halo 3. ODST has 3 things: campaign, firefight, and theater. Halo 3 has Campaign, MatchMaking, Custom Games, Forge, and theater. Saying a game has more stuff than another , simply based off the fact it comes with that game, is foolish.

ODST is an EXPANSION!!
An expansion that cost the same as a game isnt a expansion at all. It was going to be one, but they decided to make it a full game. Wow doesnt anyone know its not an expansion anymore, it was going to be but its not!

Remember REACH

ODST was pure awesome and Bungie packed what they could into one little tiny disc. New features took up a lot of space.

The one little tiny disc that your talking about is the same disc every game uses on the xbox360, so thats no excuse.

It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt

Here's the way I look at it. ODST is still a better value at $60 then games that only provide 5-10 hours of gameplay due to either a short single player or broken multiplayer.

With a little over a one year development cycle I thought ODST was great. Since Reach is on schedule for their typical three year cycle you should rest easy that it will be packed full of goodies for us all.

you killed poonflip!

the flippiest poon i ever knew!

odst was supposed to be an expansion anyways.

halo:reach will be more like halo 3 i think

it is an expansin, but micro$oft made the price higher without Bungie's say in it.

Warning: You may find that my, or someone else's opinion does not comply with yours. Side effects of disagreement may include (but are not limited to): flaming, irrational behavior, broken keyboards, and/or nervous sweats. If you experience any of these symptoms refrain from communicating with others until the symptoms have subsided.

It is called Halo 3: ODST. It is an expansion. The reason it has a $60 price tag is because of that second disc you may have received with your copy of ODST. Lets say that "ODST Campaign Disk" = $30 and "Halo 3 Multiplayer Disk" = $30. Make sense now?

Bungie has been working on it since shortly after Halo 3 released, the only reason ODST was so short and lacking in content was because it was an expansion, entirely conceived in less than a year. Reach is not an expansion thrown together to get us through one more year without another true Halo release. It will be awesome.

Halo 3 came out in 2007, just under a year after the ORIGINAL Gears of War. In the time between then and now Bungie has greatly increased, in size and ability. They have had plenty of experience and I'm sure we won't be disappointed, well almost sure...
