I posted on these forums when they first opened a while ago. Things were hectic back then and yes, There were a bunch of spammers who tried to increase their post count. I complimented stosh on the great job he was doing (He was the only mod back then I believe). Glad to see Shishka on board as well, his Halo knowledge and 'wiseness' about things is a great plus to this community.
Now onto the problem, you guys are all far to concerned about Halo 2 either being released on the 24th or not being released on the 24th. Open your eyes guys. I'm not going to say Halo 2 won't be released on the 24th but i'm not going to say it will either.
The story on ilovebees.com has been written by Bungie and Microsoft for a reason - They want to encourage you guys to get involved. So go do that! Don't waste your time contemplating over whether or not the game will be released on the 24th. There's a much deeper story waiting to be discovered on ilovebees.com - Everyone knows that it's common sense.
Before any of you guys say it's not Bungie and not Microsoft doing this. The Moderators have already told you guys that they've been told to move any post relating to this topic that isn't in the New Mombasa Forum to the New Mombasa Forum.
So guys try not to let the 24th of August get on your nerves. Bungie and Microsoft definatly have something planned for the 24th - They've told us that much. None of you guy's can tell me you don't like surprises. Good things come to those who wait, and waiting is what we're doing.
I'd also just like to make it obvious to you guys that the moderators here are clearly doing a great job. There's a new thread every 5 minutes and most the time it's old information. There's a post there started by Stykur which has 205 pages and over 5000 posts.
Have respect for the moderators here even if you don't agree with their decision. It's not easy to moderate a forum like this, let alone moderating a forum with a topic that includes the whole world.
EDIT: Oh Yeah, Mods incase you didn't know - Your doing a great job keep up the good work.
