Im trying to make a Halo 2 pic in Photoshop using frames from some of the Halo 2 vids. Unfortunately, the screen is somewhat blury, and since I'm new to Phtotoshop I dont know how to fix this problem. Can someone that knows how to do this (make it so its not so blury) help me please? Oh, I am using Phtotoshop 7 if you need to know.

This would be much easier to explain if i had the english version infront of me right now, but i will try and help out as much as i can.

there are some tools that might help u..
* The "Sharpen" Tool/Brush u can find it where u find all the other tools such as the brush and eraser, it looks lika a triangle, u MIGHT need to change some things to see the tool though, there are so many tools in Photoshop that they usually are grouped together the group the sharpen tool is in also contains the "Smudge tool" and "Blur tool" (looks like a hand and and a waterdrop)
* The Sharpen Filter: u can find it at the upper menu bar by going like this: Filters/Sharpen/Sharpen repeat with "ctrl+F" if necessary WARNING! if u overuse it the picture can become very grainy and ugly the undo in PS is "ctrl+alt+Z"

and lastly just to show i'm no n00b trying to fool u i made a Halo2 pic myself:
