Just a few pointers. Don't take them the wrong way!
1) Possibly the biggest mistake people make in machinima is moving the camera around in a jerky fashion (there's probably a more technical term, but hey). Try to keep the camera movements as smooth as you possibly can.
Also, make sure that you cut the start of the clip off between the point where you hit record and actually started to move (0:10).
2) Frame rate. Can't usually be helped, but try bring it up a bit if you can. Perhaps record at a lower resolution.
There's a small trick you can use to fix some scenes where you can't get a good frame rate.
You just need to take note of how many frames you're getting, then either cap the recording software FPS, or set the FPS in your video editor for a value such as 10.
You then run through the scene at a slower speed and speed it up in the editing software. You'll get a normal looking scene at a good frame rate. Doesn't work where on scenes that have any movement in though for obvious reasons. ;)
3) Fades and sharp cuts. Fades tend to be good for slow paced scenes, but other than that, and especially for dialogue, sharp cuts will look better.
4) The veritgo effect. Your trailer had a lot of hallway shots, so you might find this tip helpful for the future.
If you want to create a trippy looking shot, put your hallway shot into your video editor and then either zoom in or out of the clip depending on what direction your camera is moving.
Make sure the zoom is done at the same speed of the camera.
Example done in HPC:

5) Setting. I can't see the map being a good setting for a machinima thanks to the poor lighting and texturing.
Hope those tips help somewhat.
