Dustinw1 you really dont know what your talking about. Go and Google it! or prehaps find out for yourself...Go and PLAY Halo 2 and use the BR and find out for yourself. YOU DO NOT NEED TO LEAD YOUR SHOTS IN HALO 2!

I do know what i am talking about. that is why i am supporting it. and any way, we still do not know weather or not you have to lead shots in Halo: Reach.

im sorry, come again?

I believe he is referring to how, in Halo 2, you could fire a shot at their head, and it would hit, no matter what. If they are moving? No problem. Basically, take out any realism to the combat aspect.
Well quite honestly that argument is moot. In every addition to the trilogy not once have you had to lead the sniper. In real life snipers depend much more on leading the shot than a rifle. If they're going to add shot leading to gameplay i think they should go one way or the other, not some awkward spot in between. Personally i don't like having to lead my shot, but it really doesn't matter in the end.

For people who dont knwo what im on about. In Halo 3, you have to lead to shot. This means, when an enemy is running, you must shoot AHEAD of them to hurt them.

In Halo 2, you did not have to do this. All you had to do was shoot them in the face. TBH i think this requires more skill as you have to keep the reticle on your target as they are moving.

I think you got your games mixed up..... Really, you did. In H2, you actually needed to lead your shots (though most of the time you where in close quaters, so you really never had too) and in H3, you took a shot at the guus face and you hit, always. In H:CE, you really needed to lead your shots, the guns were realistic then, but not anymore.

what do you mean guns in CE were realistic I mean you could take out a Banshee with a couple of shot from the pistol, that's not realistic in any way

I just hope they cut it completely. Stop with all this "uhh, then it wont be realistic...". CMON! Halo is based 500 years in the furture!! And also, i thought multiplayer was alot more 'Hardcore' when you didnt have to lead your shots.

You can ask anyone who loved the Halo 2 multiplayer, which they prefered. Halo 2 or Halo 3? 9/10 will say Halo 2.

Try the same when they do not make your reticle go red, then see what happens.

If by next-gen you mean crappy, dark and colorless, I agree. It doesnt look next-gen at all.

Yes, pointing a single thing even though its moving is much harder than actually leading your shots either a small distance or a bigger distance depending at the distance and speed. [/sarcasm]
