From a practical standpoint, if it was present it would only be as an option, as Natal will not be a mainstream accessory the way MS would like it to be. That being said I would expect that if Natal were used in the game, it would be for some subtle immersion features. Metroid Prime 3 is a good example of how motion control can be used to make a game a little more interesting, without relying on it too much.
I personally don't think that Natal can function as the primary controller for most game types. It's a cool technology, but there has been no demo to give any reason to believe it is as accurate as an analog controller.
